“ Food: Excellent Service: Excellent Ambiance: Simple but satisfactory Never excepted to find such a great Chinese restaurant in a cowboy town such as Chowchilla but so happy we did. My family and I have dined there many, many times now. Family resides in Clovis, Fresno and Madera. We all hook up at my place in Madera and head north. ”
“ Haven't been to a traditional Chinese restaurant this good since Hunan's closed --------- ”
“ Chowchilla. No expectations. They were helpful in describing the dishes/ingredients. Was hopeful for less American flavors influence, or even a secret menu. Regardless, the dishes ordered were flavorful. The family thoroughly enjoyed them. Live in So. California so was a drive-thru. Would go again. ”
“ Love this place, chow mein is great, orange chicken and coconut shrimp great, their so much that is good! I recommend! ”
“ Best food in town hands down. I've tried their pork fried rice, orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, egg rolls, and hot chicken. All delicious, hot and fresh. Service is always spectacular. Wouldn't order the bbq pork due to the sauce they put over it but the pork was still good. Ambiance is nothing to write home about but the food is really why you go. ”
“ I had a delicious lunch special, honey walnut prawns, vegetable chow mein, and pork fried rice, with a cup of egg flower soup. Delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was minimalist, but very clean and pleasant. I will definitely return again the next time I pass through Chowchilla. ”
“ just had lunch to go. omg it was sooo good and fresh. ordered it at 11:15am. highly recommend.... ”
“ Definitely much improved since the last time we were here (almost a year ago). We got the Crab Puff, Salt and Pepper Chicken wings, BBQ Pork, Chicken Chow Mein, General Tao, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Everything overall was delicious, aside from the BBQ Pork, which was over-cooked, chewy, and smothered with teriyaki sauce to hide the bland flavor of the pork. I would definitely recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Crab Puff, both were delectable and comparable to dishes served in Chinese joints in bigger cities. Service was wonderful and prompt. Served refills on drinks as soon as they reached the bottom of my glass. ”
“ For being a local spot, it's great. Fast service. The noodles are never greasy. Rice has always been cooked to perfection. Only problem is I wish the pork were in bigger pieces instead of being overly diced. Singapore noodles here are good, the kung pao is a miss but every noodles in this place has been a hit so far. Stay with the noodles ”
